May 16, 2025: Aurora, IL 60502 Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL), 7-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Metea Valley improves its record to 7-18 on the year. The Mustangs host Naperville Central (Naperville, IL) to play the Redhawks in a DuPage Valley game on Monday, May 19. The Redhawks enter the game with a record of 18-12. Naperville Central won 15-5 in their recent league game against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL)
The Huskies now hold a 8-20 record. They play next when they travel to Waubonsie Valley for a DuPage Valley game on Monday, May 19. Naperville North will play a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-18.
