Belmont Red Raiders (Belmont, NH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Gilford Golden Eagles (Gilford, NH), 12-0 in a league test.

With the win, Belmont upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Red Raiders host Mascoma (Canaan, NH) to battle the Royals in a Division III test on Friday, May 19. The Royals come into the test with a record of 1-6. Mascoma lost 20-9 in their recent league test against Winnisquam (Tilton, NH)

With the defeat, Gilford falls to 3-3 on the season. The Golden eagles travel to White Mountains (Whitefield, NH) to battle the Spartans in a Division III test on Thursday, May 18. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 5-2. White Mountains won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Kearsarge (North Sutton, NH)
