Maine High School Softball - Valley bounces Forest Hills
May 17, 2023: Jackman, ME 04945 Valley Cavaliers (Bingham, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Forest Hills Tigers (Jackman, ME), 10-5 in a league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Temple Academy for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 22. Valley will battle a Bereans squad coming off a 28-2 non-league loss to Richmond (Richmond, ME). The Bereans record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Forest Hills falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Vinalhaven (Vinalhaven, ME) to battle the Vikings in a Class D South challenge on Friday, May 19. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 0-5.
