Illinois High School Baseball - Centennial can't hold off Mt. Zion
May 17, 2024: Champaign, IL 61821 In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Mt. Zion Braves baseball team scored a tight 6-5 victory over the Centennial Chargers.
The Chargers (9-15) will now prepare for their game against Champaign Central (Champaign, IL). The Maroons go into the non-league game with a 22-13 record. In their last game, Champaign Central tipped Normal West (Normal, IL), 5-3, in a non-league game.
