In Saturday's non-league bout, the Bellmont Braves (Decatur, IN) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins (Fort Wayne, IN), by a tally of 16-3.

Next up, the Braves encounter the East Noble Knights (Kendallville, IN) in a Northeast 8 bout, on Tuesday, May 20. Bellmont will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record.
