The Wasilla Warriors baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Colony Knights to 8 in the Warriors league win on Saturday.

The Warriors now own a 15-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palmer for a non-league test on Monday, May 19. Wasilla will clash with a Moose team coming off a 9-3 league win over Houston (Big Lake, AK). The Moose record now stands at 8-5.

With the defeat, Colony drops to 7-6 on the year. The Knights travel to South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 21. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 19-2. South Anchorage won 18-4 in their recent league test against Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK)
