Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), 6-2 in a league test.

With the win, Mount View upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME) to battle the Seagulls in a non-league test on Saturday, May 21. The Seagulls come into the test with a record of 3-8. Old Orchard Beach lost 8-2 in their recent league test against Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME)

With the defeat, Maine Central Institute falls to 4-6 on the season. The Huskies travel to Waynflete (Portland, ME) to battle the Flyers in a non-league test on Saturday, May 21. The Flyers come into the test with a record of 6-3.
