The Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA) softball routed the host Langley Saxons (McLean, VA), 16-1 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Generals (12-6) will now prepare for their bout against McLean (McLean, VA). The Highlanders go into the non-league bout with a 15-5 record. In their last bout, McLean toppled Yorktown (Arlington, VA), 3-2, in a league bout.

The Saxons now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to South Lakes for a non-league bout on Friday, May 27. Langley will confront a Seahawks squad coming off a 8-1 league loss to James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Seahawks record now stands at 14-6.
