Maine High School Baseball - Dexter loses to Orono
May 17, 2024: Dexter, ME 04930 The Orono Riots the host Dexter Tigers baseball team by a tally of 18-14 in Friday's league bout.
The Riots now hold a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Washington Academy for a Class C North bout on Monday, May 20. Orono will face a Raiders team coming off a 13-0 league win over Sumner (East Sullivan, ME). The Raiders record now stands at 10-2.
Next, the Tigers face the Bucksport Golden Bucks (Bucksport, ME) in a Class C North bout, on Monday, May 20. Dexter will attempt to advance on its 2-12 season record. The Golden Bucks enter the bout with a 8-4 record after their 16-3 league win over George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME).
