Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Walled Lake Central Vikings (Walled Lake, MI) and the visiting Kettering Captains (Waterford, MI), saw Walled Lake Central's baseball squad knock off Kettering by a count of 13-9.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI) in a Lakes Valley match, on Tuesday, May 21. Walled Lake Central will attempt to advance on its 15-16 season record. The Knights go into the match with a 17-10 record after their 9-4 non-league win over North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI).
