Maine High School Softball - Lake Region gets by Fryeburg
May 18, 2024: Fryeburg, ME 04037 The Lake Region Lakers nipped the host Fryeburg Raiders softball squad by a final score of 6-5 in Saturday's league battle.
The Lakers (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME). The Clippers go into the Class B South battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Yarmouth was edged by Poland (Poland, ME), 12-2, in a league battle.
The Raiders now possess a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Cape Elizabeth for a non-league battle on Monday, May 20.
