Illinois High School Soccer - Metea Valley knocks off Neuqua Valley
May 19, 2023: Aurora, IL 60502 Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs face the Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 23. Metea Valley will attempt to better on its 18-0 season record. The Porters enter the challenge with a 21-2 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL).
The Wildcats now have a 6-8 record.
