The Summerfield Bulldogs softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Erie-Mason Eagles to 1 in the Bulldogs league win on Monday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 27.

With the loss, Erie-Mason moves to 5-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Madison (Adrian, MI) to confront the Trojans in a Tri-County battle on Thursday, May 22. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 10-8. Madison lost 23-15 in their recent non-league battle against Dundee (Dundee, MI)
