May 19, 2025: Phillips, WI 54555 In Monday's non-league test, the Phillips Loggers (Phillips, WI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Mellen Granite Diggers (Mellen, WI), by a tally of 12-2.
Next, the Loggers clash with the Gilman Pirates (Gilman, WI) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 22. Phillips will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record.
The Granite Diggers (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Hurley (Hurley, WI). The Northstars go into the Northern Lights test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Hurley was routed by Mellen (Mellen, WI), 12-7, in a league test.
