Virginia High School Lacrosse - Clover Hill drops to Powhatan
May 2, 2022: Powhatan, VA 23139 In Monday's league test, the host Powhatan Indians lacrosse squad scored a good 19-1 victory over the Clover Hill Cavaliers.
The Indians now have a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Hanover for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 4. Powhatan will face a Hawks squad coming off a 16-7 league loss to Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 5-2.
In their next game, the Cavaliers face the Manchester Lancers (Midlothian, VA) in a Dominion test, on Wednesday, May 4. Clover Hill will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 14-3 league loss to Midlothian (Midlothian, VA).
