New York High School Softball - Academy of the Holy Names bounces Cobleskill-Richmondville
May 2, 2022: Albany, NY 12208 The Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY) softball routed the visiting Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs (Cobleskill, NY), 12-0 in Monday's league bout.
The (1-5) will now prepare for their bout against Mohonasen (Schenectady, NY). The Warriors go into the Section 2 Colonial bout with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Mohonasen defeated Voorheesville (Voorheesville, NY), 3-0, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Cobleskill-Richmondville falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (Ravena, NY) to face the Indians in a Section 2 Colonial challenge on Tuesday, May 3. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 0-7. Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk lost 18-0 in their recent league challenge against Albany Academy for Girls (Albany, NY)
