Pennsylvania High School Softball - Elk County Catholic bounces Kane
May 2, 2022: St. Marys, PA 15857 Elk County Catholic Crusaders (St. Marys, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Kane Wolves (Kane, PA), 10-0 in a league challenge.
The Crusaders now own a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Johnsonburg for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 4. Elk County Catholic will battle a Rams squad coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to DuBois Central Catholic (DuBois, PA). The Rams record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Kane falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wolves host East Forest (Marienville, PA) to battle the Bears in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 5. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. East Forest lost 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Moniteau (West Sunbury, PA)
