Pittsfield Saukees (Pittsfield, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Rushville-Industry Rockets (Rushville, IL), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Saukees now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Calhoun for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 4.

With the loss, Rushville-Industry falls to 4-7 on the campaign.
