Illinois High School Baseball - Streamwood defeats Glenbard South
May 2, 2023: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), 13-6 in a league test.
With the win, Streamwood upgrades its record to 17-4 on the season. The Sabres travel to Aurora East (Aurora, IL) to battle the Tomcats in a Upstate Eight test on Wednesday, May 3. The Tomcats come into the test with a record of 1-16. Aurora East lost 5-2 in their recent league test against Larkin (Elgin, IL)
With the defeat, Glenbard South falls to 12-11 on the season. The Raiders host West Chicago (West Chicago, IL) to battle the Wildcats in a Upstate Eight test on Wednesday, May 3. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 7-8.
