Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats confront the A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) in a Greater Metro 4A challenge, on Wednesday, May 3. Lake Norman will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Wonders enter the challenge with a 7-10 record after their 2-1 league loss to West Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
