Virginia High School Softball - Spotsylvania bounces Culpeper County
May 2, 2023: Spotsylvania, VA 22553 The Spotsylvania Knights routed the visiting Culpeper County Blue Devils softball squad by a final score of 10-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Knights (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern View (Culpeper, VA). The Cyclones go into the Battlefield battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Eastern View topped James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA), 13-8, in a league battle.
The Blue Devils now possess a 2-14 record. They play next when they travel to Maggie Walker for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 3. Culpeper County will meet a squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Freeman (Richmond, VA). The record now stands at 8-5.
