May 2, 2024: Beulah, ND 80452 The Beulah Goldiggers baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] Cougars to 4 in the Goldiggers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Goldiggers (27-6) will now prepare for their match against Lewis & Clark [Berthold/Our Redeemer's Christian/North Shore] (Berthold, ND). The Bombers go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Lewis & Clark [Berthold/Our Redeemer's Christian/North Shore] edged Stanley (Stanley, ND), 15-5, in a league match.
The Cougars (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Washburn/Wilton/Center-Stanton (Washburn, ND). The Cardinals go into the Class B - Region VIII match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Washburn/Wilton/Center-Stanton was overwhelmed by Hazen (Hazen, ND), 3-2, in a league match.
