The Varina Blue Devils crushed the host Huguenot Falcons baseball team by a tally of 18-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Blue Devils now hold a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hanover for a Capital bout on Monday, May 6. Varina will face a Hawks team coming off a 2-0 league win over Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA). The Hawks record now stands at 13-3.

Next, the Falcons face the Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA) in a Dominion game, on Tuesday, May 7. Huguenot will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 11-4 record after their 7-2 league loss to Cosby (Midlothian, VA).
