May 2, 2024: Rocky Mount, VA 24151 The Blacksburg Bruins smashed the host Franklin County Eagles soccer squad by a margin of 4-0 in Thursday's non-league match.
The Bruins now sport a 13-0 record. They play next when they host Cave Spring for a River Ridge match on Friday, May 3. Blacksburg will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA). The Knights record now stands at 3-10.
With the loss, Franklin County drops to 1-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Staunton River (Moneta, VA) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a Blue Ridge match on Friday, May 3.
