The Brother Rice Warriors baseball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Dakota Cougars to 1 in the Warriors non-league win on Friday.

The Warriors now own a 13-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Mary's Prep for a Catholic Central test on Saturday, May 3. Brother Rice will clash with a Eaglets team coming off a 12-0 league win over University of Detroit Jesuit (Detroit, MI). The Eaglets record now stands at 14-9.

With the defeat, Dakota drops to 14-5 on the year. The Cougars travel to Lake Orion (Lake Orion, MI) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league test on Saturday, May 3.
