The Damonte Ranch Mustangs baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Carson Senators to 3 in the Mustangs non-league win on Friday.

The Mustangs now hold a 4-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Manogue for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6. Damonte Ranch will play a Miners team coming off a 9-0 league win over Carson (Carson City, NV). The Miners record now stands at 24-6.

With the defeat, Carson drops to 8-23 on the year.
