Wisconsin High School Baseball - Crandon loses to Florence
May 2, 2025: Florence, WI 54121 Florence Bobcats (Florence, WI) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Crandon Cardinals (Crandon, WI), 13-3 in a league match.
With the triumph, Florence advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Elcho (Elcho, WI) to battle the Hornets in a Northern Lakes match on Tuesday, May 6. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 0-4.
The Cardinals now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeland for a non-league match on Friday, May 2. Crandon will battle a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 12-8 league loss to Mosinee (Mosinee, WI). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 3-8.
