The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Liberty Union Lions (Baltimore, OH) and the visiting Logan Elm Braves (Circleville, OH), saw Liberty Union's baseball team beat Logan Elm by a margin of 5-0.

The Lions (9-8) will now prepare for their battle against Fairfield Christian Academy (Lancaster, OH). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Fairfield Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Berne Union (Sugar Grove, OH), 6-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Braves face the Portsmouth West Senators (West Portsmouth, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 3. Logan Elm will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record. The Senators enter the battle with a 5-11 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to South Webster (South Webster, OH).
