Michigan High School Soccer - Taylor toppled by Flat Rock
May 2, 2025: Taylor, MI 48180 Flat Rock Rams (Flat Rock, MI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Taylor Griffins (Taylor, MI), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Flat Rock moves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Rams host St. Mary Catholic Central (Monroe, MI) to clash with the Falcons/Kestrels in a Huron test on Monday, May 5. The Falcons/Kestrels come into the test with a record of 1-9. St. Mary Catholic Central lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI)
The Griffins now sport a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they host Woodhaven for a Downriver test on Monday, May 5. Taylor will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Huron (New Boston, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 4-7.
