May 2, 2025: Roanoke, VA 24019 In Friday's non-league contest, the Glenvar Highlanders (Salem, VA) soccer team routed the host Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA), by a count of 6-0.
Next, the Highlanders battle the Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) in a Three Rivers contest, on Tuesday, May 6. Glenvar will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Bobcats enter the contest with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Alleghany (Covington, VA).
The Vikings (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Fleming (Roanoke, VA). The Colonels go into the Blue Ridge bout with a 2-10 record. In their last bout, Fleming was overwhelmed by Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA), 7-0, in a non-league bout.
