May 2, 2025: St. Clair Shores, MI 48081 Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Grosse Pointe North Norsemen (Grosse Pointe, MI), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lakeview moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to St. Clair (St. Clair, MI) to clash with the Saints in a non-league test on Monday, May 5. The Saints come into the test with a record of 2-5. St. Clair lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Utica (Utica, MI)
The Norsemen now sport a 0-12 record. They take the field next when they host Sterling Heights Stevenson for a Macomb Area - Red test on Monday, May 5. Grosse Pointe North will clash with a Titans team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Titans record now stands at 11-3.
