Virginia High School Soccer - Jefferson Forest knocks off Rustburg
May 2, 2025: Forest, VA 24551 In Friday's league outing, the host Jefferson Forest Cavaliers soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Rustburg Red Devils.
The Cavaliers (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty (Bedford, VA). The Minutemen go into the Seminole outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Liberty by Brookville (Lynchburg, VA), 4-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Red Devils confront the Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole outing, on Tuesday, May 6. Rustburg will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 7-4 record after their 6-5 league win over Heritage (Lynchburg, VA).
