Oregon High School Softball - Chiloquin knocked off by Illinois Valley
May 2, 2025: Cave Junction, OR 97523 The Illinois Valley Cougars overwhelmed the visiting Chiloquin Panthers/Queens softball squad by a count of 16-1 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Cougars meet the Oakland Oakers (Oakland, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 5. Illinois Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 11-1 season record. The Oakers go into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 15-0 league win over Yoncalla (Yoncalla, OR).
The Panthers/Queens (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lost River (Merrill, OR). The Raiders go into the 2A/1A-SD6 Special District 6 challenge with a 9-4 record.
