Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY), 1-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Southwestern improves its record to 17-8 on the year. The Warriors travel to Casey County (Liberty, KY) to play the Rebels in a non-league game on Monday, May 4. The Rebels enter the game with a record of 16-9.
