May 20, 2022: Higganum, CT 06441 In Friday's non-league contest, the Wethersfield Eagles (Wethersfield, CT) lacrosse squad nipped the host Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT), by a score of 1-0.
With the win, Wethersfield upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to RHAM (Hebron, CT) to battle the Raptors in a non-league outing on Saturday, May 21. The Raptors go into the outing with a record of 5-9. RHAM lost 8-7 in their recent league outing against South Windsor (South Windsor, CT)
With the defeat, Haddam-Killingworth drops to 12-4 on the season.
