May 20, 2023: Holton, MI 49425 Merrill Vandals (Merrill, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Holton Red Devils (Holton, MI), 12-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Merrill upgrades its record to 22-4 on the season. The Vandals host St. Louis (St. Louis, MI) to battle the Sharks in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 24. The Sharks come into the test with a record of 2-12. St. Louis lost 16-2 in their recent league test against Ithaca (Ithaca, MI)
With the defeat, Holton falls to 0-7 on the season. The Red devils travel to Mason County Central (Scottville, MI) to battle the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 23. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 15-8. Mason County Central won 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Cadillac (Cadillac, MI)
