Maine High School Softball - Falmouth falls to Thornton Academy
May 20, 2024: Saco, ME 04072 In Monday's league outing, the host Thornton Academy Trojans softball team scored a nice 15-2 win over the Falmouth Navigators.
Coming up next, the Trojans encounter the Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME) in a Class A South outing, on Wednesday, May 22. Thornton Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Rams enter the outing with a 11-4 record after their 10-0 league win over Deering (Portland, ME).
The Navigators (1-11) will now prepare for their outing against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Tigers enter the Class A South outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Biddeford ran past Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME), 16-6, in a league outing.
