The Challengers now own a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they host Henley for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 22. Cascade Christian will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 10-0 league win over Phoenix (Phoenix, OR). The Hornets record now stands at 19-2.
With the defeat, Umpqua Valley Christian drops to 14-4 on the year. The Monarchs host Oakridge (Oakridge, OR) to clash with the Warriors in a 2A/1A-SD5 Special District 5 challenge on Wednesday, May 21. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 17-9. Oakridge won 8-4 in their recent league challenge against Lowell (Lowell, OR)
