In Tuesday's league contest, the host Masconomet Regional Chieftains lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-12 triumph over the Swampscott Big Blue.

The Chieftains (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lynnfield (Lynnfield, MA). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 11-5 record.

Next, the Big Blue meet the Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA) in a Northeastern contest, on Thursday, May 22. Swampscott will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record.
