The Algonquin Regional Titans softball team scored 10 runs and held the host North Middlesex Regional Patriots to 1 in the Titans non-league win on Tuesday.

The Titans now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Quabbin Regional for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 21. Algonquin Regional will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 14-2 league loss to Narragansett Regional (Baldwinville, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-11.

With the loss, North Middlesex Regional moves to 2-17 on the season. The Patriots host Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA) to encounter the Highlanders in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 22. The Highlanders come into the battle with a record of 9-7. Doherty Memorial lost 14-4 in their recent non-league battle against Tantasqua Regional (Fiskdale, MA)
