Rhode Island High School Baseball - Mt. Hope loses to Barrington
May 21, 2023: Barrington, RI 02806 In Sunday's non-league game, the host Barrington Eagles baseball team scored a tight 9-3 victory over the Mt. Hope Huskies.
The Eagles (15-5) will now prepare for their game against Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI). The Mounties go into the Division 2 game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, Mount St. Charles Academy was overwhelmed by Scituate (North Scituate, RI), 5-4, in a non-league game.
The Huskies (8-10) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Lions go into the Division 1 (State) game with a 10-8 record. In their last game, Lincoln tipped Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI), 10-0, in a league game.
