May 21, 2024: Troy, NY 12180 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Troy Flying Horses (Troy, NY) and the visiting Columbia Blue Devils (East Greenbush, NY), witnessed Troy's softball squad tip Columbia by a count of 3-0.
The Flying Horses now sport a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake for a non-league match on Thursday, May 23. Troy will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Ballston Spa (Ballston Spa, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 17-2.
With the loss, Columbia moves to 13-7 on the season.
