The Mattanawcook Lynx (Lincoln, ME) baseball trounced the host Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME), 19-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Lynx now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stearns for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 22. Mattanawcook will clash with a Minutemen team coming off a 22-5 league win over Lee Academy (Lee, ME). The Minutemen record now stands at 6-3.

With the defeat, Central drops to 2-8 on the year. The Red devils host Orono (Orono, ME) to clash with the Riots in a Class C North challenge on Friday, May 22. The Riots go into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Orono lost 22-2 in their recent league challenge against Mount View (Thorndike, ME)
