The Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) softball routed the host Sherman Oaks CES Knights (Reseda, CA), 17-4 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Toreadors now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to King/Drew for a non-league outing on Wednesday, May 28. Taft will encounter a Golden Eagles team coming off a 19-1 non-league win over Wilson (Los Angeles, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 13-14.

With the loss, Sherman Oaks CES moves to 19-1 on the season.
