In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Purdue Polytechnic Techies baseball team scored a close 5-2 win over the Anderson Indians.

The Techies (13-11) will now prepare for their game against Indianapolis Bishop Chatard (Indianapolis, IN). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 11-12 record. In their last game, Indianapolis Bishop Chatard nudged Indy Genesis HomeSchool (Greenwood, IN), 10-0, in a non-league game.
