Boerne-Champion Chargers (Boerne, TX) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX), 6-4 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Boerne-Champion advances its record to 34-8 on the season.

The Raiders now have a 37-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Creek for a non-league match on Saturday, May 30. Rouse will battle a Lions squad coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Victoria East (Victoria, TX). The Lions record now stands at 20-16.
