Oregon High School Softball - Sheldon bounces Grants Pass
May 24, 2023: Grants Pass, OR 97526 Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Irish now own a 30-2 record. They take the field next when they host Grants Pass for a 6A Southwest challenge on Wednesday, May 24. Sheldon will battle a Cavemen squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Roosevelt (Portland, OR). The Cavemen record now stands at 10-9.
With the loss, Grants Pass falls to 10-12 on the campaign. The Cavemen travel to Sheldon (Eugene, OR) to battle the Irish in a 6A Southwest challenge on Wednesday, May 24. The Irish enter the challenge with a record of 27-2. Sheldon won 24-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Catholic (Portland, OR)
