May 24, 2023: Chesapeake, VA 23323 The Grassfield Grizzlies softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Oscar Smith Tigers to 0 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Grassfield moves its record to 17-4 on the year. The Grizzlies host Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league game on Friday, May 26. The Bruins come into the game with a record of 17-3. Western Branch won 4-0 in their recent non-league game against Landstown (Virginia Beach, VA)
