Massachusetts High School Softball - Monomoy bounces Bourne
May 24, 2024: Bourne, MA 02532 The Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA) softball routed the host Bourne Canalmen (Bourne, MA), 5-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Sharks (17-1) will now prepare for their bout against Carver (Carver, MA). The Crusaders go into the non-league bout with a 5-13 record. In their last bout, Carver held off Mashpee (Mashpee, MA), 24-1, in a league bout.
The Canalmen now possess a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Old Colony RVT for a non-league bout on Sunday, May 26. Bourne will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to South Shore Vo-Tech (Hanover, MA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-10.
