Washington High School Softball - Lynden gets by WF West
May 24, 2024: Chehalis, WA 98532 The Lynden Lions nipped the host WF West Bearcats softball squad by a final score of 5-4 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Lions (17-6) will now prepare for their battle against Port Angeles (Port Angeles, WA). The Roughriders go into the non-league battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Port Angeles held off Franklin Pierce (Tacoma, WA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
The Bearcats now possess a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Shadle Park for a non-league battle on Friday, May 24. WF West will confront a Highlanders squad coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to Clarkston (Clarkston, WA). The Highlanders record now stands at 15-7.
